Snow in San Diego? Well sorta...

I've never known the snow to fall in the downtown area, or even El Cajon, but I suppose it could. Still this picture shows the snowfall over the mountains to the east of America's Finest City. It is really pretty, and while I can't take credit for taking this picture, I will take some awe in knowing that if I had taken a drive to Point Loma, I could have seen this site. Oh well, glad some one else did.

Today I filled out the paper work for UI. What a joy and pleasure that was. You must answer all questions, even if they don't apply to you. It's all information gather, statistic stuff, and it seems so stupid to have to answer questions that don't pertain to the claim at all. The claim asks a question on line 28, reason no longer working and  gives a drop down menu with things to choose from. One of them is "laid off". So I clicked it, seemed simple enough, and then it asks you to provide a brief explanation. Really, why is there more to add? So I didn't bother to fill in the "brief explanation" box.When I went to click submit, it sent me back to the box and said to fill it in. So I filled in "laid off". Really, now, how redundant is that!
