Excuse me? If you are going to trash talk me, get your facts correct. Truthful trash talk can be tolerated. Not having all the facts can make you look like a liar.
We have a couple of tenants that are angry that some work hasn't been done. They are frustrated, as am I and the property manager. Information trickles in from an owner, pieces that are pretty important to the whole job. However, my name, in whole, is the one listed with the BBB. Really, who knew I was so important? If I were so inclined, I would give them the "look", but it would do no good. The tenants did apologize the property manager, but her name is not listed in the complaint. Oh well, it's Friday.
