Well now, it's been 2 weeks. I've logged everything that has passed my lips. Just doing that certainly made me realize where the problem starts. Eating healthy has always been important, but I get so bored a night that I follow the eating at night routine. Of course it was decent food, just more than I need to eat on a daily basis. I admit I like to cook and I like to taste.
This is not easy, to change again. Amazes me that I can easily incorporate more food easily, but can't remove it as easily. 8 pounds down and starting another week. One thing I will say about this new, yet often repeated journey, I get new recipes! I love new recipes!
Go YOU! I haven't done the logging like that for a very long time. I suppose I should try it again.
