A vinegar sort of day

I've had trouble with plantar faciitis in my left foot since late August. It started innocently enough, a little pain in my heal with the first couple of steps in the morning, then I noticed it was lasting a bit longer, and then it started hurting when I was sleeping. I figured, at first, this was all part of aging. Then I did some research and saw it was a real condition, and that there really isn't anything that can be done for it. It just takes time.

Time has gone by and it hurts so bad that it makes me want to cry, or holler. I've endured carpel tunnel, child birth, gall bladder surgery, and this rates right on up there with all that. Walking just isn't a thing I can do well, and while I am trying to get this extra person off me, I need to keep up with the walking. After a couple of minutes on the elliptical, the pain is so bad that I stumble off and crawl to the couch, where it still hurts but my foot isn't putting pressure on the floor. My hope is that this will soon leave as quickly as it came on.

The last couple of mornings, I noticed the beginnings of plantar faciitis on my right foot....
