Del Mar Fair Time!!

We went to the fair. I love the fair. I love fair food and the first order of business is a funnel cake. I love the bustle and the crowd. I get to see all the farm animals and even pet the goats and sheep.We don't pet cows or bunnies. They don't want you to.

This bunny has a friend. I know that the crowds are overwhelming and really stress out the bunnies. I suppose this helps this cutie pie relax. We all need a friend. Makes me want to see a Toy Story song.

This is the Wheel on the midway. I don't do rides, any longer. My neck and back just can't take it. But I sure want to! We stroll around and watch people getting on the sickest rides, then we wait for them to get off. There is quite a difference in their demeanor on the other end of the ride. I had so much fun at the fair as a kid that I love everything I know about the fair. from the 4H-ers to the rides. My favorite is the pig races. How silly those are and yet I hear me cheering my piggie to RUN! My pig didn't win, but his name was Kevin Bacon, so...
