Well, yeah, okay....

Okay, so I get back into the office and I was floored at the work orders. There were so many! So very many that I was floored! I just couldn't fathom the amount of work orders and they had not been addressed. They were sitting there waiting for attention, waiting for scheduling, waiting for an email to the owner and tenant. Just waiting, waiting.

Work order Haiku:

Work orders pending
Search for an appointment firm
Soon to be complete.

I had no idea how compulsive I am about not letting things lag. I spent Wednesday afternoon in the office just shocked by the pages of undone work. I scoped out a few things, and began making phone calls. Not much could be done since the other Gal was not there, so I did what I could.

Today, I had hoped she and I would pound this thing out and get the work scheduled. I completed the work designed for me and began her work orders. I asked questions, but she didn't really have any answers. Come to find out, the office manager was also doing work orders, scheduled work but didn't let the owners know, oy vey. So I began making more phone calls, scheduled 2 days of work for the handyman, and on Monday Stephanie should have a better grip on the work. I left at noon and she had NOTHING to do but schedule work and process invoices, and not many of those since there were few work orders taken care of.

Oh yes, I see why there was begging. It was a mess, truly sad.

Rhonda's haiku:

I like to read books
Find an Ali Baba tale
Creativity.

No I won't work from home, no I won't work when I am off, no I won't help with this one thing, I am off to read a book.
