Today is just like any other day, at least when it starts. I think that most days. Yesterday was like most days, as well. You get up and do some things you plan and some things just happen. Dh went to the bank and came home and told me he just saw a man who had robber written all over him. He described a man who was heavy set, had a beard and sun glasses and wore a cap. This morning, the paper said the Chase bank near our house was robbed by this same man. It's amazing who comes across your path each day, the plans they have and how it may affect you. I am just glad the robber wasn't aggressive and that dh wasn't in the bank at that moment.
Yesterday was the first day of Puppy Class for the puppy. What a riot that was! Ranger showed his true colors to all in attendance. He had a bad case of "I want" and actually chewed on my daughters leg. While we can get him to sit, down and shake, the truth of the matter is he is a brat. Hopefully we can train this behavior out of him. He acted like a child, showing his worst side to the public and embarrasses the life out of me. Then he was overly tired and frustrated that going to bed wasn't a happening thing for many hours. He had to bark at his reflection in the patio door window, and then go outside to see the reflection dog, and bark, and then he had all the neighbor's dogs barking. I took him to the park this morning to wear him out. He's now snoring in the living room. One of the puppy owners had his dog on downers....wonder if he would sell me a couple.
One of the things I noticed about taking a puppy class is that you have all kinds of people there. Some people are friendly and pet all the dogs, some are very separated from everyone because....oh I don't know. Do they believe that all the other dogs have cooties? They look down on other dogs as if they have mange and are offended if your dog shows them some attention. Sheesh! Get over yourself! Maybe next week will be an improvement.
