Stick Dog Time

Yep, it's been a while since the hound has graced the pages of this blog. I believe we have caused him to be obsessed with coffee. In his mouth he has a cup sleeve for a Starbucks cup. He usually gets the cup when we are finished with it, and there is always a bit of coffee left inside. He spends several minutes licking the coffee up and then tears up the cup. The sleeves last a couple of days, though. They are fun to throw and flip around. Here he is, lounging on the pillows and chewing his sleeve. He is such a joker! I don't know which of us snapped this picture, but this is a typical scene in our house.

Today marks the last day of the school semester for the Girl. She takes her last final, finally, and then we will see a decompression the likes have never been seen before. After the first of the year, she will start working at the SDSU bookstore. Then school will resume and we will be marking the days until finals are over, again. What a ride!
