Signs of spring

I love the flowers of Spring. The Crocus, daffodils and Easter Lilly are the headliners for the beginning of the flower season. I love blub flowers, but once the bloom, they are done. Sorta sad, but what a way to go! Kind of like, die young and leave a beautiful corpse.

The roses are looking good, green and red leaves with many buds preparing to open. I have one rose bush that has the prettiest white and red flowers. It was a freebee to me when someone moved several years ago. The one I would love to have do well, doesn't. It's a yellow one I put in in memory of my dad. I just doesn't like anything. I think I'll dig it up and pot it and set it closer to the house. Maybe it just wants more attention.

I talked to the police department about "the case" against me. It costs $12 for a copy of the report. I sent for it, in the hopes that I can see what rot the gentleman said about me. However, as stupid as it sounds, I can not view the video. The DA's office said my attorney can and if it goes to court and I choose to defend myself, I can view it. But it is considered property of the DA and is not open to view, even though I am on there. Shoot, I hope I looked my ever good looking self! In the meantime, the boss is leaving the country for about 6 weeks to Costa Rica. The boss's wife says they are going to see if they can drum up some vacation rental business, but I really believe they plan to play, a lot!
