The table is back. The Husband repaired it and it is as good as new. Add to that, the floor is clean and most everything that wasn't in it's place is back in place. It's a good feeling.
The Girl is on her 2nd week of her new job at the Y. She is a counselor for the 6-6 program with elementary kids. She loves it. Whodda known? She has some great stories about her kids. One of her kids went to Hearst Castle and got to see the zebras. It's not often you get to see them. Last week he told her daily he was going to visit a castle. I love the innocence of children.
My job is a bit frustrating. I am hoping to get Stephanie up to speed. We are quickly running out of time so I will spend a long time with her on Wednesday to see about getting all the work orders completed or at least updated with owner/vendors/tenants.
We are having some very nice weather. Today is the lunar eclipse, and I am hoping the clouds done roll in. But our days have been in the 70's and nice. We just had a bit of a high pressure system go through and my poor sinuses didn't like that at all.
Today, I did the unthinkable. I started watering the yard. I want to keep it sort of green and it is quickly turning brown. Water will be restricted by summer, so I guess now is the time to get it green. My next gardening quest will be a flower bed in the front yard. I am tired of the front and how it looks. I need to make a plan. Until then, I think I will work on looking for a new bedspread. Thanks PacNorWest friend!
