Summer's last push.

So, this is the last hurrah  before the fall gets here. This happens every year, some years it's worse, and that would be this year. I know that some people live in this during the summer, but we don't. Those who do have houses that are insulated and air conditioned, we don't. But the humidity level is so low that we are not only hot, we are snappy! The fire danger is high, the winds are blowing so there is no bbq-ing today!

It's stays about 10 degrees hotter where the Girl lives. I feel for her, they don't have a/c either, but she does have a pool nearby, I'd be slogging my way there in the morning and head home after dusk. Heat and I are not close friends.

On the property management side, by 10 o'clock last night we received 3 trouble tickets for "my a/c is blowing hot air", one of them was due to a brown out and 1 doesn't have a/c, so we will see what the other one has. Word is out that the property manager doesn't believe they have a/c either. It's a bad day at black rock for them. Oh wait, I'm at the same black rock. We will all live, though I will be grumpy. I am entitled to be. It has been a hot summer, and we have had a lot of a/c calls. The vendors are informing me that we are looking at a call out of at least a week. By then, we will have returned to the 70's. It's all good.
