Training Day 2

Okay, so there was information overload yesterday. Today is day 2 and the fill in gal, who told me she would be taking the job permanently, poor thing, will come to my house for training. I have two laptops with the programs on it that we use and I am going to train her to use the program while I instruct and she does the work.

Wow, working at Home Depot, going to school full time, starts next week there, and this job. Wow. To be young and immortal again. No thanks!

So...the two laptops worked well with training, but she did tell me she thinks maybe this is more than she was led to believe. Really?! Then one of the PMs drop by and is very scared about me leaving. She and another PM may hire me to work for them solely. I don't know. I'd have to ghost on their account and that seems a bit sketchy.

The day was actually pretty good with work business. The other new gal was alone in the office today and seemed to handle it well. I kept up with what she was doing, and I can tell she isn't really ready to handle it completely, but that will come with time. However, please don't send me all the calls you don't know what to do with, I can't schedule showings and I can't schedule inspections or communications with future clients. This is going to be bad before it gets good, but it will get good in the end.
